WR250R and Super9 on a Ride

I spent the morning working on the Ural, so I didn’t realize how nice it really was until I had to make a trip to the hardware store. I took the Super9 since it is easy to park. It is a moped, so you can park it at the bike rack next to the door – very nice for quick trips to the store.

It was WARM, way too warm for all the cold gear I was wearing. Sunday Minnesota finally got started with spring. We had blue, sunny skies and the temps soared up to 62F! I raced home after the store and changed into some cooler gear. I broke out my summer gloves and helmet, and the Gerbing gear went into the closet.

I took the WR250R out for a couple different rides. The SV650 is still in pieces… I really need to get the wiring finished!

    I really liked your 2nd video. I liked the change in camera angle to record backwards. It had me wondering how you did it. Must have done a lot of takes . . .

    I knew that orange rubber thing did something. I am sure it was the mount rattling. I have to figure out how that "thingie" fits in there

  2. Thanks Bob. The editing on the second idea was my wife's. She's the smart one around here. Not a lot of takes at all. The road is nice and twisty, so we enjoyed riding it a few times for fun. We had the idea later to edit the video.

    I'll get a picture of the orange thing in action, hopefully today for you.

  4. Nice man.. looks like you are getting creative with the GoPro!! I really like the chest-cam view too.. can see the rider and plenty of what is up ahead.
