One or both sides just quit working. No idea why. I switched to a Warm 'n Safe 'mounted' controller and have had no problems since. I was not able to warantee them as I'd cut the wires to hook up to a Fuzeblock.Chunk Norrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16525580793420008289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1204440107409695969.post-36311373073209811522011-11-15T09:27:07.158-06:002011-11-15T09:27:07.158-06:00RichardM: I've had three issues in the last tw...RichardM: I've had three issues in the last two years (one for each glove, and now controller) all three times they have been great. I can't say the same for tourmaster.

Keith: I love my hot grips too. Tempting to rip the grips off the BMW heatedgrips and put on hotgrips.

Gary: interesting perspective I hadn't heard before. maybe you just secretly love the american accent ;)Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06606446271603142230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1204440107409695969.post-52503658548108682202011-11-15T04:00:40.004-06:002011-11-15T04:00:40.004-06:00I will always return to a shop or online retailer ...I will always return to a shop or online retailer just for their good service, even if it costs a little more. I live in a country where good service is unusual, so buying things, eating, or getting something fixed in the USA is nearly always a real pleasure for me.Gary Francehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05163380727432573785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1204440107409695969.post-80078141647512607582011-11-13T21:07:39.978-06:002011-11-13T21:07:39.978-06:00I'm glad it all went well. Oh course, with it being 75F today I didn't need them. I totally couldn't believe the weather today. I rode in mesh. I have not made the leap to heated gear yet though I occasionally think about it since it may simplify what I need to carry on a long trip.

RichardRichardMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773834892715980735noreply@blogger.com
